【Abstract】 In this paper,the author analyses pirating in the ancient and modern times and how it came into being as well as the measures taken to protect copyrights in the Song-Qing dynasties and modern times,pointing out that any dishonest booksellers must be responsible for their illegal conducts and are surely deserved a severe punishment.更多还原
