脯氨酸Ni(Ⅱ)修饰电极的制备及对甲醇氧化的催化(英文)

【摘要】 研究了聚色氨酸修饰玻碳电极(Poly-Try/GC)的制备,用循环伏安法探讨了膜的电化学性质。在pH=6.6的PBS中,膜的循环伏安图上有两对氧化还原峰。掺杂金属离子Ni(Ⅱ)后的该聚合物膜修饰电极(Poly-Ni(Ⅱ) Try/GC)对甲醇的催化活性大大提高,在0.01 mol/L NaOH中甲醇的氧化峰电位在0.65 V,而同样条件下在空白玻璃电极(GC)和Poly-Try/GC上甲醇的氧化峰电位要正得多。在0.15 mol/L甲醇溶液中循环伏安扫描150 min后,峰电流密度由1060 μA/cm~2降低至885μA/cm~2,然后峰电流密度不再降低,说明在电催化氧化甲醇过程中电极稳定性良好。

【Abstract】 A polymer film of tryptophan was obtained at a glassy carbon electrode (GC) by cyclic voltammetry. The cyclic voltammograms of the polymer film electrode(poly-Try GC) exhibited two redox waves. After incorporation of Ni(Ⅱ), the electrode (poly-Ni(Ⅱ) Try/GC) was greatly improved in catalytic activity. The potential 0.65 V of methanol oxidation at the poly-Ni(Ⅱ)Try/GC is much more negative than the potential at the poly-Try/GC and at the bare glassy carbon (GC) electrode in 0.01 mol/L NaOH. More importantly, the stability of poly-Ni(Ⅱ)Try/GC in oxidation of methanol was excellent. In methanol solution of 0.15 mol/L concentration the anodic peak current density decreased from 1 060 μA/cm~2 to 885 μA/cm~2 after cyclic voltammetric scanning for 150 min and the current was stable at last.
