气浮法处理稠油污水试验研究

【摘要】 对常见几类气浮法处理稠油污水的方法进行对比 ,着重对分散气浮法和电解气浮法进行了试验研究 ,通过选择加入适量表面张力较小的溶剂 ,可改善微细气泡的粒径和分散性 ,提高处理效果 ;采用阶跃电位法比直接电位法更有利于液珠和悬浮物的凝聚

【Abstract】 Two methods, electrolysis air float and decentralization air float, were researched for treating the dense oil wastewater in the experiments. Adding proper amount of solvents with small surface tension, the dispersity and diameter of microporous bubbles were improved to obtain good treating results. Compared to direct electrolysis, the step voltage electrolysis was more in favor of the agglomeration of suspending particulates and liquid beads.
