【摘要】 运用气相色谱 质谱 计算机联用技术 ,结合标准谱库 ,对昆明产多花含笑叶的挥发油成分进行了研究 ,分离鉴定了 42个化合物 ,其中单萜 16个 ,倍半萜 2 1个 ,分别占精油总含量的 2 1 2 1%和49 0 8%。主要成分为γ 木罗烯 (12 0 4% ) ,十六碳三烯酸甲酯 (7 45 % ) ,兰桉醇 (7 38% ) ,1,8 桉叶素(5 76 % ) ,α 愈创木烯 (5 6 4% ) ,香桧烯 (4 6 2 % ) ,十六碳二烯酸甲酯 (4 2 6 % ) ,β 榄香烯 (3 76 % ) ,β 蒎烯 (3 2 0 % )等更多还原

【Abstract】 The volatile components from the leaves of Michelia floribunda Finet et Gagnep.were analyzed by capillary GC MS method.The relative contents in the essential oils were determined by area nomalization.42 compounds including 16 monoterpenes and 21 sesquiterpenes were identified,showing 21 21% and 49 08% of the total contents,respectively.The main chemical constituents were γ muurolene(12 04%),methyl hexadecatrienoate(7 45%),( ) globulol(7 38%),1,8 cineole(5 76%),α guaiene(5 64%),sabinene(4 62%) and methyl hexadecadienoate(4 26%).更多还原
