【摘要】 本文从原料的选用、工艺的综合应用和后产品的处理等方面对肝素钠粗品的生产进行了探讨。结果显示 ,二次盐解可提高收率 16 5 % ,二次吸附提高 19 3% ,三次洗脱增加 13 0 % ,4℃沉淀和冷冻干燥分别减少活性损失 1 4%和 1 0 % ,在沉淀剂YNB 99 1和Na2 SO3 的保护下 ,后产品肝素钠的酸化处理收率可达 98%。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deal with the selection of material,the comprehensive application of process and the treatment of crude product in heparin production.The results were as following.The yield rate 16.5%,19.3%,13.0%,1.4% and 1.0% were increased in processes of the second NaCl hydration,the second resin absorption,the second and the third elution of NaCl,ethanol precipitate under 4 ℃ and cold dry of product.While YNB 99 1 and Na 2SO 3 were utilized for conservation,the collecting ratio of heparin activity was up to 98% in HCl treatment.更多还原
