C/S和B/S模式相结合的人力资源MIS研究

【摘要】 阐述了基于C/S模式与B/S模式相结合的大型国有企业人力资源管理信息系统的功能以及设计开发方法。研究并提出了采用这两种模式相结合的MIS开发平台的设计方法。通过对两种模式的比较,说明了为什么采用这种开发平台以及这种开发平台的特点。

【Abstract】 This paper states the functions and designing methods of Human Resources MIS based on the Integration patterns of C/S and B/S in Large-Scale National Enterprise. Discuss the method that Integrate these two patterns as the developing platform of MIS. Through the comparison of these two patterns, explains the features of this platform and why adopting this kind of platform.
