【摘要】 作者以用户需求为导入,采用当前处理文档的有效工具Domino　Lotus　Notes,从其数据库的开发、模块功能介绍、网络互连、安全机制等方面对办公自动化系统的设计与应用进行了阐述。

【Abstract】 The writer dissertates the office Automation’ s design and application from the point of Database developing, Module function,Network and Security, and on the same time, the Users’ requirements is underscored.
