【摘要】 目的 :探讨针灸治疗萎缩性胃炎的作用机理 ,为临床应用提供依据。方法 :通过针刺、艾灸慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠“足三里”、“中脘”、“天枢”穴 ,观察对其胃粘膜的影响。结果 :针灸可增加胃粘膜血流量、Na+ 净流出量 ,降低H+ 反弥散量 ,其作用强于针刺组和药物组。结论 :针灸对胃粘膜屏障确有保护作用 ,是临床治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on function of gastric mucosal barrier,wister rats with chronic atrophic gastritis were griven acupuncture and moxibustion on Zusanli,Zhongwan and Tianshu points in the experiment. The results showed that acupuncture and moxibustion could incerase volume of blood flow in gastric mucosa and in verse diffusing capacity of Na +,decrease net effluent volume of H +.this result indicated that acupuncture and moxibustion could prevent gastric mucosal barrier from being injured by outside physical factor or chemical factor and protect gastric mucosa.更多还原
