【摘要】 本文观察了肾衰Ⅰ号汤对腺嘌呤所致慢性肾衰大鼠肾脏病变及相关状况影响。并与目前治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的药物尿毒清颗粒剂进行了对照。结果表明 :肾衰Ⅰ号汤预防组与治疗组具有显著降低腺嘌呤所致CRF大鼠BUN、血Cr、血ET ,肾重 /体重比值 ,升高血Ca/P比值 ,减轻腺嘌呤对大鼠的肾脏病理损害作用 ,其疗效接近尿毒清。提示肾衰Ⅰ号汤可有效的防治慢性肾衰的发生发展 ,推测肾衰Ⅰ号汤的作用机理可能是通过改善肾功能 ,控制蛋白尿 ,拮抗血中内皮素对肾脏的损害作用 ,抑制肾脏肥大 ,调节Ca、P代谢而实现的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the variety contents of Endothelin(ET) in blood and the mecha nisms of Shenshuai I decoction on treating chronic renal failure(CRF).Met hods:the animal models with CRF were created by pouring Adenine for twenty days and then treated by pouring ShenshuaiI decoction for a month.Compared wi th Niaoduqing decoction.Blood BUN,Scr,twenty-four hours urinary protein,bloo d calcium,phosphorus and ET were detected by different means;the pathologic chan ge of rat’s kidney were also observed. Results:the contents of blood ET in CRF rats we re remarkably down(P<0 05) ShenshuaiI decoction’s effects were approxi mated to Niaoduqing decoction with no notable significance (P>0 05).Conclu sion:ShenshuaiI decoction could relieve CRF’S symptoms,recover the patho logic change of kidney,decrease the content of the blood BUN,Scr and ET,amend CR F’s low-calcium-high-phosphorus state.It could prevent and treat CRF.更多还原
