【摘要】 为了解干扰素 α- 2 b(interferon alpha- 2 b,IFNα- 2 b)在青光眼滤过手术后抗滤过泡瘢痕形成的作用 ,将 36例患者 (4 2眼 )分为治疗组和对照组 ,每组 2 1只眼。治疗组在小梁切除术当时及术后 3、 7、 14d注射 4× 10 5IU IFNα-2 b约 0 .6 m l,对照组注射等量的生理盐水。术后追踪 4～ 8个月 ,平均 5 .8个月。结果发现 :治疗组和对照组的手术成功率分别为 90 .5 % ,6 6 .7% (P<0 .0 1) ,平均眼压为 (2 .0 2± 0 .6 4) k Pa,(2 .80± 0 .94) k Pa(P<0 .0 1) ;功能性滤过泡数为 18眼、 12眼 (P<0 .0 1)。两组均无明显的术后并发症。提示 IFNα- 2 b能改善滤过泡功能 ,提高青光眼滤过手术成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the anti cicatrization effect of interferon alpha 2b (IFNα 2b) on the bleb after filtering surgery in glaucoma, 36 patients (42 eyes) were divided into two groups: treating group (21 eyes) and control group (21 eyes). Subconjunctival injection of 4×10 5 IU and 0 6 ml IFNα 2b was given intraoperatively and at the day 3, 7, 14 postoperatively in the treating group. The same amount of normal saline was given in the control group. Results showed that the successful rate of operation was 90 5 % in the treating group and 66 7 % in the control group respectively ( P <0 01). The average intraocular pressure after operation was 2 02±0 64 kPa in the theating group and 2 80±0 94 kPa in the control group respectively ( P <0 01). The number of functional filtlering bleb was 18 in the treating group and 12 in the control group respectively ( P <0 01). No severe postoperative complication was observed. It was concluded that IFNα 2b was helpful in improving the function of the filtering bleb and thus increasing the successful rate of filtering surgery in glaucoma.更多还原
