【摘要】 目的 :探讨鼻腔、鼻窦恶性肿瘤的临床特征 ,提高疗效。方法 :对1988年6月至2000年1月收治的37例鼻腔、鼻窦恶性肿瘤进行临床分析。结果:37例患者中行手术或加放疗加化疗者20例,3a生存比例:7/20 ,5a生存比例10/20 ;而单纯行放疗或化疗及拒绝治疗者17例 ,均2a内死亡。结论 :鼻腔、鼻窦恶性肿瘤的预后与病变范围有关而与病理类型无关 ,早期诊断极为重要 ,对早期病例 ,手术切除效果满意 ,对晚期病例 ,应采取化疗加手术加放疗可改善预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to raise the result of treatment.The clinical characteristics of malignant tumors of the nose and nasal sinuses were studied.Methods:The clinic information about 37 cases of malignant tumors of the nose and nasal sinuses were analyzed during 12 years(1988～2000).Results:Twenty cases of all 37 cases were performed operation or with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,survial rate of 3 years were 7/20,10/20 respectively.17 cases having a radiotherapy or chemotherapy or refusing to accept a treatment were all died in 2 years. Conclusion: The prognosis of malignant tumors of the nose and nasal sinuses is related with the range of the disease and is not related with type of pathology.Early diagnosis is important.The cases of early stage performing operation have a good result.The cases of late stage having a chemotherapy and operation and radiotherapy could improve the prognosis.更多还原
