【摘要】 目的 :矫正屈光不正 ,矫治隐斜和斜视。方法 :使用综合验光仪 ,根据儿童年龄和屈光程度等确定处方 ,对38例近视 ,12例远视患儿做2a随访。结果 :近视患儿中 ,29 %度数没有增加 ,视力未再下降 ,71 %度数有不同程度增长 ,远视患儿的度数基本没有变化。结论 :根据屈光程度不同 ,处方度数应适当降低 ,但合并外隐斜或外斜视患儿应完全矫正。对远视患儿应给完全矫正值 ,使晶状体调节放松更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Remedy ametropia and strabismus of children. Methods: Using the universal optometric device,to make prescriptions according to their age and extent of ametropia.To follow up 38 nearsighted and 12 farsighted children in 2 years. Results: Among the nearsighted children, 29% of them do not gain in the degree of their glasses and their eyesight remains the same; 71% have an increase by different extent. But the farsighted almost get no change. Conclusion: Appropriate decrease should be considered in the light of ametropic extent when decide the degree of their glasses. But strabismal and farsighted children should be remedied completely.更多还原
