【Abstract】 With the development of sports industry in China, the values of intangible assets such as sports symbol emerged gradually so as that it cried for studying sports symbol and its rights. The purpose of this paper was to discuss value basis of sports symbol rights from sports law, definite it as a kind of intellectual property and study its basic content and main features.
