固相微萃取-高效液相色谱联用技术的进展
Development of Solid-phase Microextraction Coupledwith High-performance Liquid Chromatography
【摘要】 固相微萃取 (SPME)技术是近年来发展起来的一种无溶剂 ,集采样、萃取、浓缩、进样于一体的样品预处理新技术 ,它与高效液相色谱技术的联用已受到人们的瞩目 ;该文评述了SPME -HPLC联用技术的进展 ,并展望这一技术的应用前景 ,引用参考文献24篇。
【Abstract】 Solid _ phase microextraction(SPME) is a new, simple and solventless sample preparation technique that integrates sampling, extraction, concentration and sample injection into a single step. SPME coupled with high _ performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) technique finds wider and wider attention in analytical chemistry. In this paper, the development and applications of SPME coupled with HPLC are reviewed with 24 references.
