L-半胱氨酸修饰金电极对邻苯二酚和对苯二酚的电催化及分析应用
Electrocatalysis of L - Cysteine-modified Gold Electrode to o -Benzenediol and p - Benzenediol and Its Application
【摘要】 研究了L_半胱氨酸自组装膜修饰金电极的电化学行为,发现其对邻苯二酚和对苯二酚的电化学氧化具有明显的电催化作用 ,使它们的氧化电位降低 ,峰电流显著增大;初步探讨了电催化机理;将该膜电极用于对苯二酚的定量测定 ,发现其氧化峰电流与对苯二酚浓度在1.0×10-4~3.0×10-2 mol·L-1 范围内成良好的线性关系 ,相关系数0.9974 ,检出限为2.0×10-5 mol·L-1;用于照相显影液中对苯二酚的测定 ,获得满意结果。
【Abstract】 The electrochemical behaviors of o _ benzenediol and p _ benzenediol on the self _ assembled monolayer L _ cysteine _ modified gold electrode have been studied. It is found that L _Cys/Au CME has an obvious electrocatalytic effect on o _ benzenediol and p _ benzenediol, makes their oxidation potentials shift negatively and peak currents increase greatly. The electrocatalytical mechanism was studied. The catalytic current of p _ benzenediol vs its concentration has a good linear relation in the range of 1.0×10-4~3.0×10-2 mol·L-1, with the correlation coefficient of 0.997 4. Detection limit is 2.0×10-5 mol·L-1. The modified electrode was applied to the determination of p _ benzenediol in photographic imaging agent with satisfactory results.
