3个新呋喃黄酮的NMR研究
NMR Study on Three New Furanoflavones
【摘要】 从厚果鸡血藤(MillettiapachycarpaBenth)根中分离得到3个呋喃黄酮类化合物 ,经NMR谱等分析研究 ,确定了它们的结构为 :4H呋喃并[2,3h][1]苯并吡喃4酮,3甲氧基23,4,5三甲氧基苯基(Ⅰ)、4H呋喃并[2,3h][1]苯并吡喃4酮,3甲氧基2(3甲氧基苯基)(Ⅱ)、10,11二甲氧基[2]苯并吡喃[4,3b]呋喃并[2,3h][1]苯并吡喃6(8H)酮(Ⅲ) ,皆未见文献报道 ,分别命名为厚果鸡血藤丙素(pachycarinC)、厚果鸡血藤丁素(pachycarinD)和厚果鸡血藤戊素(pachycarinE)。
【Abstract】 Three new furanoflavones were isolated from the root of Millettia pachycarpa Benth. On the basis of chemical evidence and NMR spectral data, they were indentified as 4H _ furobenzopyran _ 4 _ one, 3 _ methoxy _ 2 _ (3,4,5 _ trimethoxyphenyl)(Ⅰ), 4H _ furobenzopyran _ 4 _ one,3 _ methoxy _ 2 _ (3 _ methoxyphenyl)(Ⅱ), 10,11 _ dimethoxy _ benzopyrano _ furobenzopyran _ 6(8H) _ one(Ⅲ). All of them were isolated from this plant for the first time and tentatively named as pachycarin C, pachycarin D and pachycarin E.
