从学报载文作者看合作作者的著作权问题

【摘要】 对学报近年载文作者进行统计 ,按照著作权法分析什么是合作作品 ,它有哪些特征 ;论述了合作作品的著作权归属问题 ;讲述了合作作者的权利 ,主要是人身权利方面 .

【Abstract】 We should make specific statistic to the writers who put on their articles on the college paper. On the basics of copyright law what is the work of joint authorship and what is its features are analyzed;then the ownership of copyright is discussed;at last the right of the co author and personal right is the main part are explained.
