【摘要】 目的　探讨逆向交锁髓内钉在股骨髁上骨折中的应用价值。方法　采用静力型交锁技术对 16例股骨髁上骨折病例行经髁逆向交锁髓内钉治疗 ,其中陈旧性骨折 6例 ,4例患者同期行植骨术。对伴有膝关节僵硬的病例 ,术中采用手法或 (和 )手术松解膝关节 ,术后辅以持续被动活动。结果　随访 8～ 3 6个月 ,骨折均愈合。愈合时间 :新鲜骨折 2 .5～ 5个月 ,平均 3 .5个月 ;陈旧性骨折 7～ 11个月 ,平均 8个月。结论　逆向交锁髓内钉是治疗股骨髁上骨折的良好方法之一 ,其提供的力学固定有利于骨折愈合和膝关节功能的康复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of interlocking intramedullary nail in treatment of femoral supracondylar fractures.Methods 16 cases of femoral supracondylar fractures were treated by antidromic interlocking intramedullary nailing with static technique,including 6 cases of old femoral supracondylar fractures.Bone grafting were done in 4 patients with bone defect simultaneously.Continuous passive movement was followed by manual or operative relaxation in patients with knee joints stiffness.Result All patients were followed up for 8 to 36 months.All new fractures were healed well with average healing time 3.5 months (range from 2.5 to 5 months) and the older ones were healed with average healing time 8 months (range from 7 to 11 months).No one got serious complications.Conclusion The antidromic interlocking intramedullary nail is quite effective in the treatment of femoral supracondylar fractures.The strong mechanical fixation that provided by it is benefit to the healing of fractures and the recovery of knee joints movement.更多还原
