【摘要】 目的　通过 15例股外侧皮神经卡压综合征的临床分析 ,介绍股外侧皮神经卡压综合征的临床特点与诊治方法。方法　采用皮层体感诱发电位协助诊断 ,并行局部封闭治疗 ,无效者行手术治疗。结果　 15例均经保守局部封闭治疗 ,11例缓解 ,另 4例疗效不佳改行手术治疗 ,其中 3例减压 ,1例神经束切断 ,术后效果良好。结论　对股外侧皮神经卡压综合征的诊断 ,皮层体感诱发电位检测具有一定帮助 ,而保守局部封闭治疗多数有效 ,疗效不明显者可行手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical peculiarity, the diagnosis and treatment on entrapement syndrome of lateral femora1 cutaneous nerve(LFCN).Methods 15 patients were diagnozed as the entrapment syndrome of LFCN with application of cortical sensoly evoked potential (CSEP) and treated with conservative and surgical therapy.Results Out of 15 cases who were treated by local block,11 cases healed and the other 4 cases also healed by surgical treatment.Conclusion CSEP can benefit the diagnosis of LFCN entrapement syndrome and both conservative and surgical treatment show some effects.更多还原
