【Abstract】 Comparison studies have been performed concerning of dynamic amplification factor β and power spectrum density function (approximately estimated from design spectra) between Eurocode 8 and primary seismic design codes of China. Spectra have been checked by β and normalized displacement S λ (which is defined in this paper) computed from 76 records of earthquake ground motion in America. It is shown that the design acceleration spectral values in some Chinese codes are unconservative probably.更多还原
