Lanxide Directed-Metal-Oxidation Technologies
【摘要】 Lanxide熔融金属直接氧化技术是一种新型的复合材料制备技术,通过用预制体(颗粒、晶须、纤维等)增强所制备的复合材料具有高的体积稳定性、高的断裂韧性和强度,是目前材料科学领域的热点之一。本文就lanxide技术及陶瓷基复合材料近年来的最新发展进行了概述。
【Abstract】 Lanxide directed-metal-oxidation process is a novel composite formation technology,composites that had been made by the pre-placed reinforcements,such as ceramic particles whiskers fibers,have a little change in dimensions high toughness and strength.It is an interesting subject in the field of materials science.This review deals with the latest progress in theis field of Lanxide process and ceramic matrix composites.
