【摘要】 对乌茸菌菌丝生长、子实体形成的各种理化因子作了初步研究 ,结果表明 :乌茸菌菌丝生长最适温度为 2 0～ 30℃ ,最适pH5～ 7,适当的散射光对其菌丝生长有利 ;以葡萄糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖作其碳源最适宜 ,其次是乳糖、淀粉 ;对 5种氮源的利用是蛋白胨、酵母膏优于硫酸铵、硝酸及尿素 ;添加VB1、VC 对其生长无明显促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study of artificial culture now constitutes an important aspect Polyozellus multiplex (Underw.) Murr.as follow:The result indicates the best suitable growing tempreture is between 20～30℃,the best pH5～7,Sunlight seems as good to the growth of the hypha;the best carbon sources are glucose,amylomatose,xylose and starch while actose,saccharose and cellulose,list the second good source,but ligrin provides the lowest rate of carbon.As for the following six nitrogen sources,protein peptone,yeast extract and beaf cream are better than ammonium sulphat,nitrate and urea.Add to vitamin Bl and Vitamin C haven’t any makeable effect on the growth of the hypha.更多还原
