注凝成型技术在制备石英纤维-石英复合陶瓷中的应用
Research on Gel -casting Process of the Silica Fibre -Silica Ceramic Composites
【摘要】 石英具有很好的热稳定性和透波性能,是制备天线罩很有吸引力的材料之一,其最大的缺点是强度较低,本文论述了用注凝成型技术制备出抗拉强度达到39MPa以上,抗弯强度可达70MPa的石英纤维—石英复合陶瓷的工艺过程,并对其结果进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 Silica has excellent shock resistance and wave transmisivity. It is one of the most ideal materials for producing radome. But it has low strength. This paper dealt with researeh on gel -casting process of the silica fi- bre -silica ceramic composites, of which the tensile and bending strength can get more than 39MPa and 70Mpa re- spectively. The results were discussed.
