【摘要】 针对龙海市水资源的基本情况 ,指出龙海市水资源管理存在水源调查评价不完善 ,缺乏水的长期供求计划 ,企业用水定额推广力度不够 ,有法不依、执法不严等问题。为促进水资源的开发和保护 ,必须做好水资源调查评价、流域水功能区区划 ,制定水的长期供求计划 ,推广企业水平衡测试工作 ,强化水污染治理 ,加大执法力度更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the current situation of water resources in Longhai City, some problems in water environment management are identified, including the poor water source investigation and assessment, lack of long term water demand supply planning, non effective control of enterprise water consumption, and non effective execution of laws and national policies.
