【摘要】 “入世”对苏州开放型经济的发展 ,机遇和挑战并存。苏州应凭借自身开放型经济的先发优势 ,抢抓机遇 ,扬长避短 ,加快经济国际化的进程。为此 ,应采取的对策是 :(1)实现从外向带动战略到经济国际化战略的历史性跨越 ;(2 )按照经济国际化的要求 ,切实转变政府职能 ;(3)根据国际资本流动趋势 ,调整利用外资的战略、战术 ;(4)多层面调整优化经济结构 ,进一步提高出口产品的市场竞争力 ;(5)构建“大开发区”管理体制 ,实现开发区的整体联动开发 ;(6 )发挥企业、政府两个积极性 ,开创“走出去”的新局面 ;(7)努力造就一支精通国际经贸知识且有实际工作经验的高素质人才队伍更多还原

【Abstract】 That China will join the WTO provides the open-type economy of Suzhou with opportunities and challenges. Suzhou should make a good use of its open-type economy, seize opportunities, win a favorable position and hasten the process of internationalizing its economy. To reach this goal we should take the following countermeasures:①make a historic transition from export-oriented strategy to the strategy of global economy;②make earnest efforts to change the governmental functions to meet the demands of global economy;③change the strategies and tactics of using foreign capital in view of the trend of capital flow in the world;④adjust and optimize the economic structure in different levels, and further strengthen the competitive power of export products in market;⑤set up the management system of “big development zone” and achieve the general development of the zone;⑥bring into full play the initiative of enterprises and government to enter upon a new phase;⑦make efforts to train able people of good qualities so that they will be proficient in international trade and be skillful at their practical work.更多还原
