丹参口服液中总酚酸性成分的含量测定

【摘要】 目的 :控制丹参口服液的内在质量。方法 :采用比色法对其总酚酸性成分进行含量测定。结果 :回收率为 (98.84±0 .86) % ,RSD为 0 .87%。结论 :该方法简便快速 ,准确度高 ,重现性好

【Abstract】 Objective: To control the quality of D anshen oral liquid. Methods: To adopt colorimetric det ermination to assay the total phenolic acidity in this kind of liquid. Results: The rate of recovery was 98.84±0.86 and RSD was 0.87 %. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick and accurate wi th good reappearance.
