【Abstract】 Objective:This paper reported a method of quantitative analysis for ephedrine content in Yaotuitong Pill by TLC densitometry. Methods:The samples were extracted with ultrasonic treatment, were seperated by TLC after centrifugalization, then determined at λ S =515 nm, λ R =680 nm. Results:The result proved that the method was simple, rapid and accurate. Conclusion:It is suitable for the determination of ephedrine content in Yaotuitong Pill.更多还原
