【摘要】 目的　摸清常熟市富裕农村地区糖尿病流行情况。　方法　对某富裕农村地区 4个自然村 35岁以上的35 82人进行了专题调查。　结果　糖尿病总患病率为 2 99% ,其中男性为 3 0 9% ,女性为 2 91% ,两者间差异无显著性 ;患病率随着年龄的增长逐渐升高 ;干部高于家庭待业人员、农民和工人 ;文化程度较高 ,其患病率相对也较高 ;糖尿病和家族聚集有关联。　结论　加强农村地区糖尿病的防治工作 ,以降低糖尿病的发病率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the epidemiological feature on diabetes mellitus in Changshu rural areas. Methods 3582 people aged 35 and over were investigated in 4 natural village. Result The total prevalence rate was 2.99%,the male was 3.09%,the female was 2.91%,and there was no statistical deference between them.The morbidity tended to increase with the age.The morbidity of cadres is much higher than that of unemployment、peasants and workers.Better educated people was relatively higher morbidity.The diabetes mellitus was related with the family aggregation. Conclusion Strengthen the prevention and control of diabrtes mellitus in rural area to reduce the incidence of diabetes.更多还原
