【摘要】 目的　观察抗凝水溶液对小鼠出、凝血时间及对大鼠血栓形成的影响。方法　用断尾法测定其出血时间 ,用采血法测定其凝血时间 ,用颈动脉及颈静脉旁路法测定其抗血栓作用。结果　抗凝水溶液对大鼠血栓形成有明显的抑制作用 ,对小鼠出血和凝血时间明显延长。结论　抗凝水溶液是一种有效抗凝血药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Kangning Shui Solution on the thrombosis of rats, the hemorrhage time and coagulation time of mice. Methods (1) To observe the inhibitory action of Kangning Shui Solution on the thrombosis by the carotid and the jugular bypath. (2) To test the hemorrhage time of mice by cutting tail. (3) To test the coagulation time of mice by drawing blood. Results Kangning Shui Solution has obvious inhibition on the thrombosis of rats, extension on the hemorrhage time and the coagulation time of mice. Conclusion Kangning Shui Solution is one of the efficacious drugs on anticoagulation.更多还原
