【摘要】 建立了利用蒸发散射光检测器测定荜总皂苷水解后的薯蓣皂苷元含量的高效液相色谱法 ,并将该法用于荜总皂苷的质量控制

【Abstract】 This report was focused on the determination of diosgenin in the total saponin of Diocscorea hypoglauca Palibin after acid hydrolysis. It was carried out on the Mightysil RP 18 column with the evaporative light scatter detector. The average recovery was 101 9 %.
