【摘要】 以HPMC为骨架材料 ,采用湿法制粒 ,制备了乌拉地尔缓释片。以体外释放度试验研究了缓释片的释药机理及影响因素。结果表明 :乌拉地尔HPMC骨架片的释放符合Higuchi方程 ,其释药速度受到许多因素的影响 ,如HPMC的型号、HPMC的用量、附加剂、湿颗粒的大小及压力的调节和控制更多还原

【Abstract】 The HPMC matrix tablets of Urpaidil were prepared by the wet method,using hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMC)as the matrix material.The release character was investigated through the dissolution tests.The result showed that the Urapidil releasing rate from the tablets followed the Higuchi equation.The releasing constant might be controlled or adjusted by some formulation and processing factors,such as HPMC content,type of HPMC,presence of addition,compressed force,different diameters of the sieve.更多还原
