【摘要】 目的探讨胸部准高仟伏摄影中曝光量(mAs)的影响因素以及老年人胸部准高仟伏摄影的特点。方法219例胸部正位片均使用95KV投照,记录项目:①性别②年龄③胸厚④显影液(早期、中期、后期)⑤有无肺气肿⑥mAs⑦照片等级,应用多元回归方程进行资料分析。结果性别、年龄与mAs间无显著性线性关系,mAs与胸厚、显影液衰减程度呈正相关,与肺气肿呈负相关,胸厚因素对mAs影响作用最大。结论①根据回归方程制定出曝光预测表,为多因素作用的情况下正确选择曝光量提供了客观依据;②胸部高仟伏或准高仟伏摄影能有效地减少老年人呼吸和移动性伪影。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To investigate the factors of influencing mAs and the characteristics of chest radiograph with sub-high kilo voltage in the elderly.Method All chest photographs of 219 cases were taken with 95KV.The data,including sex,age,thoracic thickness,developer period,emphysema,mAs and picture grade,were recorded and analyzed by using multiple regression.Results mAs was negative correlation with emphysema and positive correlation with thoracic thickness and developer period.There was no significant correlation between sex,age and mAs.Conclusion according to the multiple statistical analysis the exposure table was made,which helps us to set mAs correctly;The chest radiograph using high or sub-high kilovoltage can prevent effectively from artifact caused by breath or moving of the aged.更多还原
