【Abstract】 Based on the historical facts and seen from the angle of the present reality,this paper has studied WEI Wen-hou’s way of making use of personnel.It states that the domination of WEI Wen-hou is an excellent example of successful management of nation by morals in ancient China.It is thought in the paper that WEI Wen-hou was tolerant and generous,and was always glad to have his errors pointed out.In making use of personnel,when he chose a person for a job,he would let the person give full play to his talents rather than have any slightest doubt of him,and he combined macro-control with micro-laxation.It is suggested in the paper that present-day leaders of all levels can draw lessons from this so as to purify their minds and straighten out their working styles.更多还原
