复方虫草精华对鼠类耐缺氧能力、红细胞数及血红蛋白的影响
Effects of Lungfit on the Ability of Murine Antianoxia, Erythrocyte Count and Hemoglobin
【摘要】 目的 观察复方虫草精华的耐缺氧作用及其对大鼠红细胞数、血红蛋白含量等的影响。方法 小鼠 (虫草精华 16 0mg/kg·d-1、32 5mg/kg·d-1、6 5 0mg/kg·d-1) ,大鼠 (虫草精华 80mg/kg·d-1、16 0mg/kg·d-1、32 0mg/kg·d-1) ,连续灌胃给药 10d后 ,分别测定小鼠密闭性缺氧存活时间、大鼠窒息性缺氧脑存活时间以及外周血中红细胞数和血红蛋白含量。结果 3个剂量的虫草精华液灌胃能不同程度地延长缺氧条件下小鼠的存活时间及大鼠的脑存活时间 ,增加大鼠血液中红细胞数、血红蛋白含量等。但低剂量组与对照组相比 ,差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 虫草精华能提高鼠类耐缺氧能力并有改善外周血象的作用
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Lungfit on enduring anoxia,erythrocyte count and hemoglobin.Methods In this paper,mouse survival time during airtight anoxia,rat brain survival time during asphyxic anoxia,erythrocyte count and hemoglobin were studied after intragastric administration of three different doses of Lungfit (mice:160,325,650mg/kg·d -1 ;rat:80,160,320mg/kg·d -1 ) for 10 days.Results Lungfit of different doses could prolong the mouse survival time and the rat brain survival time,increase the number of erythrocytes and the content of hemoglobin.But there was no significant difference between the low dose group and the control group ( P >0.05).Conclusion The Lungfit could enhance the resistance of organism to anoxia and produce a protective effect on hemogram.
