LDLR基因配体结合区多态性与丙型肝炎病毒易感性的相关研究

【摘要】 目的　探讨低密度脂蛋白受体 (LDLR)基因是否存在与丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)感染有关的单核苷酸多态性 (SNP)。方法　利用PCR结合DNA自动测序对HCV感染者和正常人的LDLR基因的配体结合区进行分析。结果　没有发现与HCV感染相关的多态性位点。结论　LDLR基因的配体结合区与 (HCV)感染的易感性无关。

【Abstract】 Objective LDLR(LOW Density Lipoprotein Receptor) may be a cell receptor of HCV(Hepatitis C Virus) infection.To study whether there is Single Nuleotide Polymorphism (SNP) which has relation to the infection of HCV in LDLR gene.Methods PCR and DNA sequencing method were used to analyze the ligand binding region of LDLR gene in normal people and HCV patients.Result There was no SNP which had relation to HCV infection in this region.Conclusion This region has nothing to do with the susceptibility of HCV infection.
