【摘要】 目的　探讨缺血性中风并发冠心病心绞痛时复方丹参含片治疗对症状改善与血流变学、血脂以及血小板活化功能的影响。　方法　缺血性中风并发冠心病心绞痛患者 10 0例随机分为两组 ,每组 5 0例 ,一组采用复方丹参含片 ,另一组采用消心痛作为对照。　结果　治疗组与对照组其心绞痛的临床有效率与 ECG改善无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但血液流变学、血脂以及血小板活化功能、缺血性中风的临床症状改善等方面明显优于对照组。　结论　复方丹参含片对治疗缺血性中风并发心绞痛更具有临床推广的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic action of compound radix savlviae miltiorrhizae in patients with ischemic stroke and complicated angina pectoris. Methods 100 cases of ischemic stroke and complicated angina pectoris were divided into two groups:The therapeutic group used the sublingual tablet of compound radix savlviae miltiorrhizae(0.4～0.8g t.i.d),the other group as contol used isosorbide dinitrate (10～15mg t.i.d). Results The improvement of angina pectoris and ECG had not significant difference in the two groups,but the blood rheology,blood-lipid,the activation function of thrombocyte and the clinical symptoms of ischemic stroke obviously were improved in the therapeutic group than that control. Conclusion Fufang Danshen Hanpian could be spreaded to apply to treatment of the patients with ischemic stroke and complicated angina pectoris.更多还原
