【摘要】 通过降低卡诺氏固定液中酒精使用的浓度、降低解离液盐酸的使用浓度、用改良苯酚品红溶液代替醋酸洋红溶液等技术 ,使有丝分裂实验的程序简化、时间缩短、成本降低、效果提高

【Abstract】 By reducing the concentration of ethanol in Carnoy’s and the concentration of hydrochloric acid and using the improved phenol fuchsin instead of acetic acid magenta, it can in this experiment simplify the programs, shorten the time, reduce the cost and raise the effect.
