【摘要】 目的　了解医院急诊手外伤病例的构成及其分布特征。方法　对 1999年全年在我院就诊的 332 4例急诊手外伤患者进行问卷调查 ,并随机对 330例患者进行随访。结果　患者的平均年龄为 31 9岁 ,2 0～ 5 0岁青壮年占 81 6 % ;在工作时受伤占 76 9% ,其他原因受伤占 2 3 1% ;开放性损伤占 93 4 % ;手指损伤占所有手外伤的 85 1%。结论　手外伤主要发生在青壮年 ,以工业性手外伤为最常见类型 ,这应是开展手外伤预防的重点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the composit ion and distribution of acute hand injur ies in hospital.Methods From Jan uary 199 9 to December 1999, 3324 patients with a cute hand injuries were investigated by questionnaire,330 patients were drawn ou t randomly and followed up.Results The pa tients were 31 9 years old in average,81 6% of which were 20 to 50 years old.Mos t of the them(76 9%)occurred at work.Ope n trauma were 93 4% in all hand injuries .85 1% of injuries occurred on fingers.C onclusion Hand injuries occurred mos tly in the youth.Industrial hand injuries we re t he most frequent type.The prevention sho uld be emphasized on these people.更多还原
