【摘要】 目的　报道全拇指旋转撕脱性完全离断一例应用静脉动脉化方法再植获得成功。方法　2 0 0 0年 11月 7日 ,在指动脉吻合四次后无法恢复断指血供的情况下 ,将拇指尺侧指动脉与指腹桡侧皮下静脉吻合作为供血通路 ,吻合三条指背静脉作回血通路。结果　拇指色泽红润、指腹饱满、张力适中、指温正常及弹性好 ,两周后复查 ,患指成活。结论　静脉动脉化是旋转撕脱性完全离断全拇指再植的一种可行新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report a successfu l replantation of whole thumb complete a mputation by ve noarteriolization.Methods After 4 times unsuccessful anastomoses on digi tal artery,which fail to recover the blo od suppl y,thumb ulnar digital artery had to be a nastomosed with one subcutaneous vein of radial palmar digital,then three dorsal digital veins were anastomosed as reflu x via.Results After two weeks,th e replan ted thumb were plump and flexible.Conclusion Venoarteriolization is a feasib le method to replant some special comple te amputation of whole thumbs.更多还原
