浅议保管箱合同的法律性质

【摘要】 保管箱合同从合同的目的、合同的权利、合同的义务来看是一种保管合同 ,但其保管范围和保管方法又不同于一般的保管合同。明确保管箱合同的性质对当事人权利的保护则至关重要。

【Abstract】 Judged from its aim, right and obligation, a custodian case contract is a custodian contract, but its scope and approach is different from a common custodian contract. To understand the nature is crucial to the protection of a litigant’s right.
