【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the operation experience of repairing acquired rectovestibular fistula transperineally.Met-hods 156 cases of acquired rectovestibular fistula were analysed retrospectively.Their etiology and operative procedure were discussed.Results Of 156 cases reviewed,146 patients recovered after operation,curative rate was 93.6 %.Conclusion The transperineal approach is a feasible technique to treat acquired rectovestibular fistula in female.更多还原
