【摘要】 首次报道了向日葵菌核病菌[Sclerotiniasclerotiorum(Lib.)deBary]在离体、活体培养条件下均能产生草酸毒素。研究表明 ,在扫描电镜下 ,Ca2 +离子结晶可形成草酸钙晶体 ,且多分布在气孔及表皮毛周围 ;该菌的培养滤液及粗毒素对种子萌发、胚轴伸长和幼苗生长等都有毒害或抑制作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Sclerotinia rot of sunflower (Sclerotinia sclerotiorum) can produce oxalic acid,and oxalic acid calcium crystal can be observed by scanning electronic microscope. Most of the crystals were around stomas and epidermis hair. The cultural filtrate of the pathogen can damage and inhibit seed germination,plumlar axis growth and seedling growth.更多还原
