炼厂气芳构化的研究

【摘要】 以抚顺石化公司石油二厂炼厂气为原料的芳构化试验结果表明 ,利用RIPP开发的RF 1型催化剂 ,可以有效地将炼厂气中的C3~C5转化为芳烃 ,在常压、5 2 0~ 5 5 0℃、质量空速 0 .5~0 .7h-1的条件下 ,芳烃收率为 2 6 %~ 34% ,催化剂的单程寿命在 15d以上 ,且再生性能良好 ,多次再生后催化剂的活性及稳定性均变化不大。预计可有良好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 The refinery low pressure gas from the No.2 Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company was applied as the feedstock in an aromatization experimental apparatus. The experiment indicated that by using RF 1 catalyst developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, the C 3-C 5 components in the gas could be effectively converted into aromatics. The aromatics yield was in the range of 28%-34% at a reaction temperature of 520- 550 ℃ and a weight space velocity of 0.5-0.7. The reaction period lasted more than 15 days and the catalyst coule be regenerated. The activity and stability of the catalyst only slightly changed after several regeneration cycles.
