【摘要】 目的　探讨糖尿病肾病 (DN)患者体内肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)含量及其与糖尿病微血管病变的关系。　 方法　采用ELISA双抗夹心法对 48例 2型糖尿病肾病 (G1组 )患者尿液、血液及外周血单个核细胞PHA体外刺激培养上清液 (CPBMCs)中的TNF α含量进行检测 ,并与 46例肾功能正常的 2型糖尿病 (G2组 )及 48例健康人(G3组 )比较。　 结果 　G1组尿液和血浆中的TNF α含量明显升高 ,其尿液中含量 (45 0 2 9± 99 75 )fg·L-1与G2组(74 72± 18 5 7)fg·L-1和G3组 (5 9 90± 9 5 5 )fg·L-1比较 ,P均 <0 0 1。血浆中含量 (3 87 45± 82 0 6)fg·L-1与G2组(5 8 91± 11 0 3 )fg·L-1和G3组 (47 2 5± 6 2 2 )fg·L-1比较 ,分别为P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1。G2组与G3组之间比较 ,尿液及血浆中含量均无明显差异 (P均 >0 0 5 )。G1组患者CPBMCs中的TNF α含量与G2组 ,G3之间无明显差异 (P均 >0 0 5 )。　 结论　尿液和血浆中TNF α含量检测可能作为判断DN病情活动的一项有意义指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and determine the contents of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α)in diabetic patients with nephropathy,and the relationship between TNF α and diabetic microvascular complications. Methods TNF α level in urine,plasma and the culture supernatant of PHA mitogen stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cell(CPBMCs)in vitro were measured by ELISA,the samples of which wese collected from 48 type 2 diabetic patients with nephropathy(G1),compared with 46 type 2 diabetic patients with normal renal function (G2) and 48 cases of healthy adults(G3). Results The level of TNF α in urine(450 29±99 75)fg·L -1 and plasma(387 45±82 06)fg·L -1 of G1 were all significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusions TNF α contents of urine and plasma might be related to the severity of nephropathy and microvascular complications in diabetie patients.更多还原
