大罐油砂自动处理工艺研究与装置设计

【摘要】 胜利油田孤岛联合站来液含砂量为0.3‰,处理原油的沉降罐罐底半年就积砂约0.8m。油砂对外输泵和流量计的使用寿命,以及原油盘库工作均产生不良影响。鉴于此,对重力沉降、离心分离和过滤等几种除砂方法的优劣做了对比,对孤岛联合站的油砂物性做了分析测试,确定了大罐沉降和旋流除砂二级流程除砂方案。在缤密计算的基础上,设计了一种大罐油砂自动处理装置。孤岛联合站安装了两套新设计的自动清砂装置,泥砂浆在设备内流动平稳,冲砂喷嘴射流均匀,油水界面基本不受影响。密闭清砂道将泥砂浆顺畅输往沉砂池。经处理的泥砂含油为120mg/L,达到了设计要求。

【Abstract】 The sand content of Gudao central treating station is 0.3‰, therefore the production is influenced to a great degree. The oil sand for the tank of Gudao station was sampled and the physical properties of the oil sand were tested. To find out the best solution to sand removal, a comparison between gravitational settling, centrifugal separation and filtration was made. Based on careful calculation, the apparatus for automatic desanding with oil tank was designed. Test shows that the apparatus runs well and good desanding effect is achieved.
