【摘要】 针对ＷＴＺ—５０型钻机汽车底盘发动机功率没有充分发挥，钻机动力头输出扭矩小且功能单一，钻机加压提升力小，液压系统效率低以及钻具短且配备单一等诸多不足，对其进行了改进设计。采用双速、双液压马达驱动的多功能动力头，提高了钻机的适应能力；传动方式上省去了蜗轮蜗杆减速器，节约了成本，缩短了钻机的加工周期，减少了钻机的维修部件，提高了可靠性；采用变量泵－定量马达组成的容积调速系统，可自动调节进给速度，提高了钻井效率，延长了钻头的寿命；改进井架设计，钻具最大长度增加为４ｍ，且配备３种钻具、４种钻头。４口井的现场试验表明，改进获得成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 Model WTZ-50 truck-mounted drilling rig for oil geophysical prospecting is modified in the light of its shortcomings. The multi-function power head driven by two-speed double hydraulic motors is adopted to improve the adaptability of the rig. The gear worm reducer is eliminated to enhance the rig’s reliability and reduce the cost. The speed regulating system comprised of the variable output pump and constant displacement motor is used to improve the drilling efficiency and extend the service life of the bit. In addition, the height of the mast is increased to 6m. Use in 4 wells shows that the modification is successful.更多还原
