【Abstract】 The compositions of the compost used to cultivate Agrocybe chaxingu were studied. The result showed that the biological efficiency of A.chaxingu was as high as 70.5% when tea twig powder content in the compost was 57.1%, and that the content of the total amino acids, the essential amino acids, the essential amino acids for children, the delicious amino acids and the sweet amino acids of A.chaxingu cultivated with tea twig powder compost were 19.8%, 8.8%, 31.6%, 39.9% and 13.7% higher than that of A.chaxingu cultivated with cotton seed hull compost resp..更多还原
