【Abstract】 This paper described the mixed state of transitional zone of dippe r teeth for bimetal composite cast by mean of hydraulic simulation with fluids o f different viscosity. The experimental results indicated that the longer the po uring intervallic time of the two kinds of molten metal and the higher the heigh t of the molten iron to pour into the tip of dipper teeth, the narrower its tran sitional zone will be, on the contrary, the wider its transitional zone will be. Therefore, in order to guarantee the two alloys at transitional zone being com bined well, the higher molten iron surface and the given pouring intervallic tim e of the two kinds of molten metal must be controlled well in production.更多还原
