合金对铸铁局部重熔强化的影响

【摘要】 针对提高铸铁耐磨性的问题,介绍了用 TIG电弧对涂敷合金元素的灰铸铁表面进行局部重熔处理时,合金种类及合金加入量对试样表面性能的影响 .并在不同条件下,对重熔层的相结构、元素分布、显微组织、硬度和耐磨性进行了测试和分析 .结果表明,合金化可显著提高 TIG重熔处理产生的灰铸铁表面强化效果,使表面性能有很大提高 .

【Abstract】 : This paper was focused on the effect of different alloy and different alloy quantity on surface properties of local grey cast iron that surface coated with alloys is remelted by TIG arc. Under different conditions, phase structure, element distribution, microstructure, hardness and wear resistibility about remelting layer are analyzed and measured. Results proved that grey cast iron surface is strengthened with many kinds of ways by TIG arc local remelting treatment, especially through surface alloying hardening result is better and surface properties are improved greatly.
