【Abstract】 The article compares and analyzes ten companies following their reorganization in their basic business advantages, financial achievements in the past year, relative market assessments and price fluctuation. The analysis points out that China’s three big listed companies have made relatively considerable achievement in their business operation. However,their operational efficiency is obviously inferior to that of other international companies.Only by improving their efficiency and increasing their flexibility can they achieve capital stock expansion and promote stock value. The fact that the relative evaluation of China’s three big companies by market is lower than that of other international companies reflects more complicated factors investors consider when they appreciate the Chinese companies.Increasing financial publishing will help raise price;the trends of market price of the three big companies vary from one to another, and differ with those of other companies.To predict the future stock price trends of the three big companies will have to depend on the factors of their own.更多还原
